Knorr-Bremse AG named “Top Employer for Engineers in Germany”

For the seventh time in succession, Knorr-Bremse, the global market leader for braking systems and other subsystems for rail and commercial vehicles, has been named “Top Employer for Engineers in Germany”.

Along with the exciting content of the work itself, the team spirit here adds significant value for me.” Together with colleagues from across the Knorr-Bremse Group, Petersen stepped up to receive the award at a ceremony in early February.

A total of ten overarching categories are examined, including Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, Training & Development, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture. Inspection takes the form of a multi-stage research and audit process and only companies that comply with the rigorous quality criteria are awarded this seal of quality.
